VIEW EVENTS
    • Fridays, all tables at 6pm or after require a deposit of £10 per person to fully confirm the table.
    • Saturdays, all tables after 4pm would require a deposit of £10 per person to fully confirm the table.
    • Saturdays, all tables before 4pm would require a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person to fully confirm the table. If any individual in your party is unable to attend the deposit for that person will be forfeited.
    • Fridays and Saturdays all tables before 7.45pm are limited for 2 hours
    • Deposit can be requested for reservation at any day and time if needed.
    • Tables WITH NO DEPOSIT requirement, must make a final confirmation of their attendance the latest a day remaining or 2pm on the booking day otherwise the table will be cancelled
    • A compulsory service charge of %12.5 will be added to the bill for all brunch bookings or any reservation of 7ppl or over. There will be a discretionary service charge of %12.5 for any reservations of 6ppl or under (Vivica brunch not included).
    • Any reservation of 5 people or more at any day would require a deposit of £10 per person.
    • Sundays and Special days all tables are limited for 2 hours
    • Deposits: Friday & Saturday latest one week /  Sunday – Thursday latest couple of days remaining to the booking date
    • On Friday and Saturday after 8pm restaurant’s age restriction is strictly over 6 years.

  • Saturday before 4pm restaurant’s age restriction is strictly over 15 years old excluding function room bookings.
  • CANCELLATIONS (Excluding Brunch bookings): For reservations under 10ppl would required up to 48 hours notice / 10ppl – 14ppl  would require 72 hours notice / 15ppl or over or all function rooms would require 2 weeks notice, otherwise the deposit will be retained.
  • Guest are advised to contact SORTIE if running late for a booking

DRESS CODE

  • We have a smart dress code policy. Fridays and Saturdays reservations from 7pm, stricly No hats or caps, swim shorts, tracksuit or flip flops are allowed.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not meeting the dress code policy.

GROUP BOOKINGS

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • Management will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal belongings during your visit at SORTIE.

DOOR POLICY

  • On Friday and Saturday after 8pm restaurant’s age restriction is strictly over 6 years.
  • Due to the licence, alcohol drinks can only be served with at least an appetizer or sides to be purchased
  • Management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or remove anyone who is causing nuisance or disrupting to other dinners.
  • Management reserve the right not serve to anyone.

DINNING

  • Fridays and Saturdays all reservation before 7.45pm are limited for 2 hours
  • Sundays and Special days all tables are limited for 2 hours
  • All outdoor seating or any reservation of 5 people or more would require a deposit of £10 per person by a week remaining to the booking date to fully confirm the reservation.
  • Fridays and Saturdays any tables at 8:40pm or onwards would require a deposit to fully confirm the table
  • Please notify us of any dietary requirements prior to your visit to SORTIE
  • Due to the licence, alcohol drinks can only be served with at least an appetizer to be purchased
